GCP engineered for African cost, latency and sovereignty.

Landing zones built before workloads land, waved migrations off on-prem and AWS, and BigQuery data platforms, designed against your residency and budget constraints rather than a reference architecture.

What we do

From the landing zone to the model in production.

The whole path, run by one team, so nobody hands you a design and disappears at implementation.

Landing zones & secure tenancy

Org policy, VPC design and IAM built before workloads land, so tenancy and access control are structural, not bolted on.

Migration from on-prem and AWS

Waved, tested migrations with rollback plans and cutover runbooks, not a lift-and-hope.

Data platform

BigQuery, Looker, Dataflow and Airflow, wired into pipelines that run on a schedule and get monitored when they fail.

Applied AI on Vertex AI

Retrieval, agents and document automation built on Vertex AI and your own data.

FinOps & cost engineering

Committed use discounts, rightsizing and budget alerts, engineered in from day one.

Managed platform operations

On-call engineering and platform upkeep after go-live, out of Lusaka, at Lusaka cost.

How we work

Embed, prove, build, transfer.

The same model we run everywhere, applied to an estate rather than an application.

Embed

Senior engineers sit with your infrastructure team to map the current estate and the workloads that actually matter before a landing zone is designed.

Prove

A landing zone and a first migrated workload, live in weeks, validated against latency, cost and residency requirements before the rest follows.

Build

Migration waves executed against tested cutover runbooks: networking, IAM, monitoring and the data platform hardened for production traffic.

Transfer

Runbooks, architecture docs and capability transfer to your platform team, or an ongoing managed bench out of Lusaka. Your call.

Questions

The things buyers actually ask.

Can our data stay in Africa?

Partly, and the honest answer matters. africa-south1 covers many core services; some managed services are only available in other regions. We design the split explicitly and document it for your regulator rather than pretending the constraint does not exist.

Do you migrate from AWS as well as on-prem?

Yes. Waved migrations with a tested rollback per wave, whether the source is a data centre in Lusaka or an AWS account.

What does a landing zone actually include?

Organisation and folder structure, org policy constraints, VPC and connectivity design, IAM and workload identity, logging and monitoring, and a Terraform repository your team owns.

Who runs it after go-live?

Your team, ours, or both. Most clients start with a managed bench out of Lusaka and take it in-house once their own engineers are up to speed.

Bring us your estate diagram.

A senior platform engineer will walk it with you and tell you what the first wave should be.
