Is Mphando an Odoo implementation partner or a training partner?
Mphando implements Odoo: process mapping, configuration, custom modules and integration, done end to end by the same engineers. We are also an Odoo Learning Partner, which gives us access to Odoo's own documentation and e-learning platform, so training comes from that same bench instead of a separate academy.
What is a Learning Partner, and how is it different from an implementation partner?
Learning is Odoo's entry-level partnership, built around access to Odoo's own training materials rather than a deployment certification. Implementation tiers (Ready, Silver, Gold) are awarded separately, for deployment and support work, and Mphando does not hold one of those tiers today. We are upfront about that distinction rather than blurring it.
Odoo or PSET for our institution?
If you are a university or college, PSET is built for you: semesters, programme structures, research compliance and student billing are native. Odoo is the better answer for a business with training attached rather than an institution. We will tell you which one you are.
Can Odoo take mobile money?
Yes, and this is most of why clients here hire an engineering firm rather than a configurator. Collections reconcile against customer accounts automatically instead of a clerk matching reference numbers.
