Yes. Google Workspace licences are priced in USD. If you would rather pay in Kwacha, we convert the USD price to ZMW at the exchange rate on the date your quotation is issued.
How long does a Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration take?
It depends on seat count, how much sits in mailboxes and shared drives, and how your identity provider is set up, so we scope it before we quote rather than guessing at a number here. What we will commit to is the shape: a coexistence period where mail flows both ways, batched cutovers rather than one big weekend, and a rollback at every stage. You get a dated window in the quotation, not a range we borrowed from someone else's project.
Do you charge more than buying direct from Google?
No. We never bill above Google's own price, because our margin comes from implementation and support rather than from marking up a licence. Where we do move the number is on a new signup or an upgrade, which is when terms are actually being set and we can negotiate on your behalf. We will not claim more than that: the difference between paying month to month and committing annually is published by Google and available to anyone, and if you are already mid-term on a plan there is no better rate for us to find until renewal.
